This tutorial might be usefull to create a wallpaper stuff :) Just give
it a try :)
1) Create a new file, I used 400x400 px here, then create a new layer
abd fill it with gradient 
...any color.

2) Go to Filter > Distort > Wave (fig2) (**playin' around with the settings, it
should not exactly like mine....click this...click that...maybe you
will get something really kewl**)

3) Then go to Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates......select Rectangular to Polar.
4) You can play around with Hue/Satruration or Layer mode....just
playin' around to get some experiment :) This is what I got :
